La bebida espumosa de café que se comercializo y hemos visto su cartelería en un articulo anterior (Combinado Zuavo del 8 de septiembre de 2007), y ahora se puede ver en la fotografía el formato que tenia la botella, en vidrio transparente, y en una cara indica la palabra ZUAVO, y en la otra Bebida Espumosa de Café, con la figura de un Zuavo “Sui Generis”, y unas bandas que van hacia la boca de la botella.
Su origen puede ser italiano, y que lo consumieran los mismos Zuavos Pontificios, y una vez estallada la Tercera Guerra Carlista, los soldados que lucharon en defensa de los estados pontificios, se unieron a la causa de y defensa de Don Carlos, y es muy posible que trajeran esa costumbre, y se le llame Zuavo, más que nada por el medio en que se trajo. También este tipo de bebida es conocida como “Soldat” que es una mezcla de café frío con gaseosa.
