Es la única estatua que queda desde 1963 realizada por Georges Diébolt en el Pont d´Alma de París, con una altura de 6 metros, ya que las otras tres se trasladaron a otros lugares de la provincia tras la modificaciones del puente. Fue construido en 1856 por Napoleón III, en la que representaban algunas tropas que participaron en la guerra de Crimea.
Es un monumento muy apreciado, ya que mide las crecidas del Sena , cuando el agua le llega por las rodillas, el rió no es navegable, y en 1910 llegó el agua por los hombros.

It is the only statue that is still in the bridge from 1963, made by the Georges Diébolt in the Pont d´Alma of Paris, with a 6 meters height, the other three were transferred to other places of the province after the modifications of the bridge.
